<p>Bangor makes sense, but none of the others do.  All those cities, including Hartford, the <a title="http://www.hartford.gov/history/default.htm" href="http://www.hartford.gov/history/default.htm" target="_blank">so-called insurance capital of the world</a> (<a title="http://www.nytimes.com/2003/11/21/nyregion/21HART.html?ex=1384837200&amp;en=99929c8279ab16d4&amp;ei=5007&amp;partner=USERLAND" href="http://www.nytimes.com/2003/11/21/nyregion/21HART.html?ex=1384837200&amp;en=99929c8279ab16d4&amp;ei=5007&amp;partner=USERLAND" target="_blank">or not</a>) with their populations of smartphone-toting professionals and academic communities aren&#8217;t heavy users?  Chicago?  Detroit?  Strange.  Makes me wonder why Men&#8217;s Health chose not to put their methodology on the page.  The magazine should really include some form of explaination.  How is this calculated?  I want to know!</p>
